It is powered by advanced AI from Google, but it's been specifically trained to provide answers based on our official, up-to-date Energyworx knowledge base.

4. Tips for Getting the Best Results​

To get the most out of EnerGPT, keep these tips in mind:

  • Stay on Topic: EnerGPT is an expert on Energyworx. It cannot help with general programming questions (like "How do I sort a list in Python?") or topics outside of our platform.

  • Start a New Chat for a New Topic: If you want to switch to a completely different topic, it's best to start a new conversation to ensure the context is fresh.

5. Fair Use Policy​

To ensure EnerGPT remains fast and available for all users, we have a fair use policy in place. The service has a generous usage limit within any three-hour window.

If you happen to reach this limit, you will be notified. You can simply wait for the time window to reset before continuing your conversation. This policy helps us provide a high-quality, responsive experience for everyone.
