Energyworx Fundamentals​

Aims:​

  • Introduce the platform to facilitate the understanding and use on a daily basis
  • Introduce to the data types and time series treatments in Energy Data Management
  • Show and explain how Energy Data Management functions work on the platform
  • Introduce the basic architecture of the platform

Expected outcomes:​

  • The fundamental users knows the essential features in the platform
  • The fundamental users knows about the architecture of Energyworx
  • The fundamental users knows about data types to process

User​

Aims:​

  • Enable users to operate Energyworx as business-as-usual.
  • Get the knowledge to solve daily operations of the business cases for EDM processes
  • Manage complex operations in EDM processes (e.j. end of month billing, determinants calculations with time slides groups, etc.)
  • Act as a guide for new fundamentals that are starting with the platform

Expected outcomes:​

  • Be ready to use the platform on a regular work day
  • Be a support for the organization in topics related to Energyworx EDM

Associate Technical Consultant​

Aims:​

  • Become an internal consultant on partner side with a broad knowledge of the EDM
  • Solve 1st level requests like simple errors or integration and struggles with the existing IT landscape around the EDM
  • Resolve configuration requests to operate the platform or to start new rules and flows or triggers
  • To be capable to develop new rules
  • Understand and resolve errors during operations
  • Support and resolve users on their daily work

Expected outcomes:​

  • The associate technical consultant is able to set up and adapt an EDM Energyworx environment for end customers in the GCP
  • He/She is able to bring the EDM solution to cover all requested use and business cases transforming them into technical solutions in Energyworx
  • He/She acts as a support for the expert technical consultant and the architect

Senior User​

Aims:​

  • Become an expert in managing the Energyworx EDM solution
  • Be a guide for fundamentals or users in all related EDM topics
  • Act as in internal consultant for new configurations, flows, rules or administrative challenges
  • Provide permission and roles for users
  • Manage, plan and execute integrations into external IT-Landscapes
  • Manage and review process monitoring and act accordingly
  • Adapt or extend all configurations by new regulatory or market requirements

Expected outcomes:​

  • Be the expert in all Energyworx EDM related commercial topics that support a seamless operation also in critical phases
  • Be a senior consultant for the organization (System integrator or customers)

Expert Technical Consultant​

Aims:​

  • Act as a an expert in all technical aspects of:
    • The platform
    • IT- Landscape Integration & communication
    • Rules and flows development and management
    • Process monitoring and management
    • AI/ML functions to manage and configure

Expected outcomes:​

  • The participant will be able to develop own rules, flow or any other type of solution for the platform.
  • She/he are expert on understanding how the platform works and how to expand or fine tune it, if necessary
  • The participant is able to analyze critical or complex requirements and transform them into a platform solution
  • He/She act as an internal consultant for requirements related to the coding or integration and everything around the platform
